Scavenger Hunt Sunday

It's Scavenger Hunt Sunday again.  Here we go:

Stacked up.....to be read.   Current reading list - should keep me out of trouble!

Winter Wonderland.....it's been unseasonably warm here so I looked in the archives....this is how it was around this time last year.

Sweet.....banana chocolate chip loaf.  As seen on The Great Sport Relief Bake Off (recipe here).  No-one did a great job of it on the show so I'm not sure what made me want to try it (apart from the squishy bananas in the fruit bowl).  And I wasn't entirely successful (the chips have sunk to the bottom and I did expect it to be a bit taller - exactly the problems they had on the show!) but it doesn't really matter as it's totally delicious.

Holes...in the shape of a heart <3

Frozen...skating on new year's day.

(processed with Kim Klassen texture)
Have a great Sunday. :)

Thanks for the comments on my blog and yes I would recommend kichenella, it's a really good cook book. Really need to get it out and use it more.

  11. ummm. that stacked set of books looks appealing... noticing those books on photography! will do a search before I add them to my library list. Ice skating would be fun! Don't know if I'm ready to tempt my fascination until my left foot gets stronger... we used to ice skate outdoors every time we'd go to Yosemite.

    1. Hi Christine, have done some reading - am especially loving the Contemplative Photography book from that pile at the minute. I must confess I don't actually skate....but I do like taking pictures of skaters! Skating outdoors at Yosemite sounds amazing though.

  15. Nice shots! I have a stack of books by my bed as well..sometimes I have to disassemble since it overwhelms me (I end up falling asleep when I read so it goes slowly!!).
