Hello Monday

Here we again.  Monday.  This week, I'm going back to Martha's KISS advice and keeping it simple (stupid):

Hello to inspiration ( I HOPE)
Hello to lots of outdoor stuff - walking, gardening - I forget how much I miss it until I don't do it and inspiration deserts me.  Got to make time for it this week.  Especially with the gorgeous blooms at the minute.
Hello yoga.  Events conspired against me and I never made it to the first two classes.  This is the week.
Hello to learning something new.  Even if it's just one thing.  Hopefully it will be a lot more than that as I am really behind in my Beyond Beyond classes.
Hello catching up on my reading.  A few great books arrived at the library for me.  Think I'll have to take them off my nightstand and spend some time during the day reading them.  I always feel a bit decadent reading during the day, but I'm doing it in the name of inspiration and that totally counts, especially if I sit outside while I'm reading. ;)

How about you?

Happy Monday.

  1. Reading is good for the soul -- at any time of day! And it keeps the brain fresh and helps with inspiration (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!). Happy week Becs! xo

  2. Absolutely love the toning of this image - it feels so delightfully pink and springy! And I had to smile - I feel completely the same about reading during the day - according to my internal rules, reading during the day is allowed only while eating my lunch. And yet, I do believe there is a caveat - if inspiration is needed, you may do so - extra points if you do it outside.

    1. Hi Paula, thank you for stopping by and letting me know you've received one of my cards. I'm so thrilled - and even more thrilled that you like it! Becs x

  6. Hello! I found you from Lisa Leonard :-)

I agree with you about daytime reading being decadent. With three very little ones, it very rarely ever works out for me, but when it does, it feels so wonderful!

Anyway, it was very nice to meet you!
