Here we go.....day 1, prompt 1 - breakfast.
Beyond coffee, I'm pretty rubbish at breakfast. But I have been making the effort lately as starting off healthily does encourage me to continue healthily (more or less).
Here is my avocado smoothie. 1 avocado, a cup (or so) of milk, juice of a lime and a spoon of agave syrup whizzed up in a blender. Pretty good if I do say so myself.
