I know, I know. I hear you loud and clear. Reboot time.
Ugh. The second I know I am avoiding something is the second that thing becomes all I can think about.
But it's time.
Fresh air, no sugar, more water, actually DO my yoga workout, early nights, lots of fresh fruit and veg.
But it'll be worth it. Won't it?
